Measurescovered Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Measurescovered Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Massachusetts.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
